Village des Pins offers first-class amenities in a secluded, park-like and friendly community. Other nearby amenities include a picnic area with grills, two tennis courts, shuffleboard, a basketball goal and putting green. For those guests who prefer a lower impact exercise routine, we recommend a leisurely walk around Village des Pins, with its attractive landscaping, two lakes and close encounters with the occasional crane, heron or egret.
In addition to Siesta Key and its famous white sand, the villa is also conveniently located near other popular Gulf Coast islands and beaches, boat excursions on Sarasota Bay, excellent restaurants, bars and golf courses too numerous to mention, popular shopping destinations such as St. Armand’s Circle and the many commercial and cultural attractions of downtown Sarasota. It is even within walking distance of an indoor mall with 140 stores and a multiplex movie theater. Village des Pins is only 13 miles from traveler-friendly Sarasota-Bradenton airport (SRQ), and via Interstate 75, about 1 hour south of Tampa/St. Petersburg. It is also relatively close to all Orlando Theme Parks and Busch Gardens in Tampa.
